Stouthearted is a Jesus-centered formation program designed to help men discover authentic masculine identity and pursue lives of sexual integrity. Tailored for group* settings—perfect for church communities—it guides men through powerful teachings, honest discussions, and spiritual practices that foster healing, courage, and deeper faith.

* It is a discipleship program for every man with 8 weekly sessions.
It can also be run as across a weekend or by individuals.
